    • Red Bell Pepper
    • Yellow bell Pepper
    • Green chilli
    • Cheese – (Choose between cheddar, gouda or cottage cheese)

    Note – Make sure the batter is completely thawed and at around 15-25°C at the time of cooking as it will help make the perfect appe. The batter can be thawed by leaving it in the fridge overnight or by defrosting for 3 minutes in the microwave.
