    Q. What are your rotis made of?
    A. We have 20 variants of rotis. All the ingredients are listed in the description below each roti. For whole list click here

    Q. What flour do you use for your rotis?
    A. While rolling our rotis, we dust it with waterchestnut flour.

    Q. What’s the shelf life of the rotis/crusts?
    A. Our rotis and crusts have a 3 month shelf life when frozen.

    Q. Can we store them in the fridge?
    A. If you want a longer shelf life, it’s not advisable to store them in the fridge.

    Q. Can I refreeze after thawing the rotis/crusts?
    A. Refreezing products is generally not recommended as it may compromise the quality of the product.

    Q. Can we store the rotis/crusts at room temperature?
    A. As we don’t use any preservatives and they are made fresh daily they cant be stored in room temperature.

    Q. Are your crust pre cooked?
    A. Yes all our crusts are pre cooked.

    Q. What’s the best way to make a pizza using your crusts?
    A. Pre heat the oven 220-240 degrees. Once the crust is at room temperature, add the sauce and toppings and just throw it in the preheated oven for about 5 to 7 minutes. As simple as that!

    Q. Can the crust be made on pan?
    A. YES!

    Q. Which crust would you recommend which tastes closest to actual pizza base?
    A. Our Quinoa and Buckwheat Crusts taste the closest to a standard pizza base.
